Ok, so the Sleeping Giant Park Association has a program called the Giant Master. They section off their trails so you could hike the entire trail system in sections and get a small award after completing it-and a little pride after 27 miles and some change. It's something that you could do for your own enjoyment or to take you kids on an adventure. Over the years, I've hit every trail on the mountain; I've only recently logged the Blue Trail.
